An original planning exercise for Picsart. Adapt the brief to the inputs available in your chosen tool; examples describe creative intent, not tested product results.
Match the asset to the audience’s next question
The announcement answers what is happening. The reminder answers when to arrive and what to bring. The recap shows what actually happened. Keeping these roles separate prevents every post from carrying the same crowded block of information.
Build a shared but flexible layout
Use the same title treatment, color family and small botanical motif. Leave different amounts of space for each content type. The reminder needs practical text, while the recap needs a larger photograph area and a shorter caption.
Separate concepts from event evidence
Generated botanical imagery can support the invitation. Use actual event photographs for a recap that claims to document attendance or activities. Replace placeholder dates and venue details with confirmed information before publishing, then check all assets together for consistency.
PUT IT INTO WORDS
A Picsart example brief
Content kit for a fictional neighborhood garden club: one welcoming announcement, one clear reminder with room for practical details, and one recap layout with a large photo area. Use sage green, a terracotta accent and restrained botanical decoration throughout. Keep all event text editable and use real photographs for the eventual recap.
Use this as a starting point, then record the specific change you want to test.
BEFORE THE NEXT VERSION
Review the result against the brief
- Each asset should answer a different question in the event timeline.
- Check dates, location and practical instructions across the complete kit.
- Do not present illustrative concept images as photographs of the actual event.
Practical question
Should the recap use exactly the same composition as the announcement?
Keep recognizable colors and typography, but let the real photographs lead the recap. Consistency comes from a shared visual system, not from forcing every message into an identical layout.
